How does remote tax preparation work?

To prepare tax returns remotely, we need you to send us the paperwork before your tax appointment. Doing so will enable us to enter the data and research any problems to prepare for the tax interview. We can then meet by Zoom video or phone.
 
You can send us the paperwork by uploading it to our portal, Verifyle. Portals are the best and most secure method. You can also fax or mail it in.

What is Verifyle?

Verifyle is the portal that we use. It is a safe and secure way to transfer documents, safer then email. You can upload and download from Verifyle. Identity Theft, also known as Identity Fraud, has become a greater risk than ever before. Portals help reduce that risk.

How can I send you my documents?

The most secure way to send the paperwork is to upload it to Verifyle. You can use other portal such as Drop Box or Google Drive. But, you can also send any documents by fax or mail.

Do you do tax planning?

Yes, we do tax planning. We recommend it. There are additional charges for this service.

Are any of you tax professionals Enrolled Agents? Are they up to date with the new tax laws?

All of our tax preparers are Enrolled Agents. An Enrolled Agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and complete continuing education courses. Enrolled agents have unlimited practice rights. They are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before.

We are continually updating and maintaining our education. In addition to the minimum required hours, our Enrolled Agents are taking additional classes to keep up to date with the ever-changing tax environment.

How much will this cost?

Our individual tax returns start as little as $215 per month and are based on the complexity of the return prepared. Therefore, prices will vary by return. Click here to see a list of our prices.

When is payment due?

Payment is due when services rendered.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, credit or debit card, Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle. Please call (909) 362-2738 to make a payment.

What is your Privacy Policy?

You can find our Privacy Policy here. A Privacy Policy is attached to your copy of the tax return.

What other Apps do you use and recommend?

We use several programs to assist with the day-to-day workings of business: QuickBooks desktop and online for bookkeeping, QuickBooks Time for time tracking, Melio for bill payment service, Gusto for payroll, and Stride to track miles.
